Falrone
The Studio

The Practice. The Principles.

Falrone is an independent coaching practice operating from a private studio in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The work here is deliberate, structured, and shaped by an evidence-informed understanding of physical development.

01 — Origin

Where the practice began.

Falrone was established in 2017 with a specific intention: to provide structured, individually authored training programmes to individuals who had outgrown generic fitness guidance. The founding principle was simple — a plan written for one person, attentive to their specific movement patterns, history, and goals, produces more consistent progress than any generic template.

The practice grew steadily within the Montmartre and Pigalle neighbourhoods before settling into its current studio on Rue Cadet. Today, the studio serves a defined caseload — one-to-one clients, a capped group session, and a remote programming cohort — maintaining a deliberate scale that permits genuine attention to each individual.

All coaching at Falrone is delivered by the founding coach, whose professional development has been maintained through ongoing engagement with published research in sports science, periodisation, and movement assessment.

02 — Practice Values
01

Individual Authorship

Each programme is written from a blank page. The structure, loading, and phase duration reflect this specific person's baseline — not a modified template. There is no generic programme with minor edits.

02

Evidence-Informed Approach

Programming decisions are grounded in published research in exercise science and periodisation. The coach engages with the literature continuously — not as a credential, but as a working tool for programme design.

03

Deliberate Scale

Falrone maintains a defined number of active clients. Capacity is managed to ensure the quality of attention does not diminish. When the studio is at capacity, a waiting list is maintained.

05 — Professional Development

Ongoing learning as a working standard.

The coaching practice at Falrone is not static. The field of exercise science, periodisation research, and functional movement continues to develop, and engagement with that development is considered a professional obligation rather than an optional extra. The founding coach maintains an active reading practice across peer-reviewed literature in human performance.

Continuing professional development is pursued annually — not to accumulate credentials, but to stress-test the assumptions embedded in the programming approach. Where new evidence modifies best practice, the approach is updated.

This commitment to ongoing learning is a distinguishing feature of the practice. It is not a marketing position — it is a description of how the work is maintained.

A note on scope

Falrone is an independent wellness resource focused on everyday movement and active lifestyle practices. The content and coaching offered are not affiliated with any institutional body. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing significant changes to your routine, particularly if you have specific requirements.

06 — Client Note
I had worked with coaches before, but the intake process at Falrone was different. The movement screening alone revealed patterns in how I was loading my joints that I had never been made aware of. The programme that followed was clearly written for me specifically.
